1979 Topps Roger Metzger Black Line Error #167

Hey all , I have seen this in the big book (at least an old copy of the book) but none PSA graded? Will PSA recognize the variation on the flip ?

**Updated Photo to show all 3 variations --- correct, Partial Black Line, Full Black line. This is a super rare error that never gets talked about -- **

    The 2011 Standard Catalog shows three versions: no line, partial line and line through A of Giants

    I'd say that they should grade this and note it as the variation

    Always looking for 1993-1999 Baseball Finest Refractors and1994 Football Finest Refractors.

    thanks, i thought so too, but I don't think any have ever been submitted
