  I think the first one is 116 (same reverse die), but with no milling it's difficult to tell.

  Just because I'm old doesn't mean I don't love to look at a pretty bust.

  Doesn’t the lower part of the M in America look more like 117 than 116

  Both 116 & 117 have the same reverse L. 116 has obverse 10 and 117 has obverse 8.
