ID help on Japanese cash coin please

Either this coin is suspicious and/or on a very poor quality flan. De-lamination doesn't help the ID, which, albeit using the excellent reference at Calgary Coins and Krause, I can't make anyway.

I believe its a Japanese cash coin. Kuan Yong Tong Bao is the pinyin translation . the back character means cash. so probably 1 cash. The year is around 1622. A lot of these have been unearthed in China, as China used to be property of Japan. No clue on authenticity cast coins are out of my comfort zone.

it sure looks like a match. would have a lot more values if graves and other places weren't being dug up all the time.
