SOLD: 1885-O $1 MS64 OGH PCGS CAC

This wonderful original rainbow Morgan is a stellar example of mint-bag toning. Shades of peach, powder blue, and yellow transition into bright fuchsia, purple, royal blue, and a stunning emerald green. This green color glows with the underlying luster and dominantes the coin, further accented by the old green PCGS label… -

Re: Wow. this card looks bad for a 10
Here is some interesting stats for you. sgc 10 1989 topps baseball - Total 205 out of 4318 = 4.75% PSA 10 1989 Topps baseball -- total 16,073 out of 53,402 = 30% These numbers are totally out of control. 1) why would anyone send in that many 1989 Topps cards? Until recently none were worth a crap. The grading fees were… -
Re: 1922-D Lincoln Cent variations - Share your 1922 Lincoln pics

I have two 1922-D cents. On this circulated coin, the 1 and 9 in the date are much bolder than the 2's. This one's a PCGS MS64RD in an OGH, purchased in Teletrade auction #322 on May 22, 1991 for $139.75. Those were the days! There's a small dark spot below the E in E Pluribus Unum, but it's still a great coin. -

Type 1 Photograph...Exceptional Price?

I am not educated on nor collect Type 1 photographs...but found this one very interesting since Topps used it in 1964 capturing Game #1 of the previous years' World Series. It sold tonight (8/3) in a Goldin Auction for about $9150. Is that an exceptional price for a Type 1 photograph? This price exceeds the cost of the… -

What do I have here. Feel free to beat it up...$1 Gold

Hello. I wanted a coin minted 100 years before I was born. I am not that knowledgeable on $1 Gold, die cracks, strike and crustyness (is that a word). Looks like a weak strike to me. The stars at 9 and 10 o'clock are interesting. I liked the cheek so added it to my collection. Putting on my thick skin suit LOL...Take…
