I agree. If it's defective return it and get one that's not. You're paying good money for it. Especially when there are plenty available to replace it with.2 -

But as I pointed out above, why not upgrade the service on the medal? I believe the difference is $48 (assuming you want a TV), but processing a medal in an order by itself will cost at least $37 ext…5
