They are too large for die polish so file marks works for me. Strong lines as this are found on many large cents of different dates. Your coin is the N-19 variety. (View Post)

IMO, commenting on someone's grade opinion and getting them to explain it makes a GTG more informative. Anyone can post a guess. Rarely do posters explain why they picked one grade over another. (View Post)
