The reverse looks a lot like the reverse on Thompson 241, which is an AV Stater, Pellas mint. The MHT monogram, and P on throne. M? in exergue. However, Thompson 61 (AR Tetradrachm) has the same monogram and is Lampsakos mint (no P on throne, though). http://www.wildwinds.com/coins...ings/lysimachos/t.html
the gold stater Thompson 241, has the same 3 marks as on the Tetra, MHT in field left - Pi under throne - K in exergue the AR Tetra Thompson 61 has only the MHT in field, but with an added macedonian star underneath. As for now, I'll stick with the Pella mint in Macedonia. Thanks for your help (again)
