Thank you all. I did get a response back from the seller. He posted the flip side of them and said they are the exact ones. It was low $$ up to the last second.
Yeah, at a range around the original price of $75, since it had few bids, I would have gotten them just because my other merc's are more junky. He does very well with those photos. When looking real close you can see they're condition, but still a bit better than the plain junk that ends up for the same range.
I didn't want to pay through the nose for BU's during this higher spot and waiting for the next ride on the low. I got bid out and I'm glad I didn't get caught up in it too much. Ended up at $86.
He went to more trouble than it's worth to sell 90% circ silver. They are actually less desirable because of his "work", in my opinion. But the value isn't affected either way.
Q: Are You Printing Money? Bernanke: Not Literally
It sold for $86 which is little more than junk silver, discounting the ebay charges. I clean my own junk/base silver 90% but that's all it is. I'd really like some BU merc's but boy are they rich!

I don't see any issues, what are your concerns?
$5.00 worth of 90% circulated silver dimes. Not sure what your issue is.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.
I think tneig is concerned that the coins in the pic are a lot nicer that the ones he's actually selling.
Send them back if they aint. I bought BU merc's off eBay sold as 90%.
