Cert Number (and Pop Report) correction timeframe?

Has anyone had a recent experience with getting a Cert number properly registered and if so what the turnaround time was? I have a card that doesn't verify properly and is therefore absent from the Pop report. It's a no brainer in the sense that there isnt a chance of any fraud going on. But is is a decent card that I figure will sell for $300+ and I would like to flip it asap. I followed the PSA process but received an email that customer service is dealing with a high volume and will be delayed in getting to it. Anyone know how long this process is currently taking?

    Not your specific issue, but recent additions to Master sets were taking about a month. I have a couple other questions out to the general email address about some duplication in the Pop Report from 12 calendar days ago with no response yet.
