XF40. Doesn't look too off center to me. Nice coin.

XF45 though it looks a lot more appealing than that .

I'm surprised the dippers haven't gotten a hold of it and turned it into a blast white AU50.

beautiful coin, I'd like one just like it some day.

Would enjoy seeing "normal" pictures of the surfaces.

    XF details, cleaned.
    When in doubt, don't.

grip, you can get rid of the extraneous html code which is pushing your images to the right by adjusting your Photobucket settings. You want to uncheck the "link back to albums" option.

You can find it by selecting "settings" (under the profile image, upper right) and choosing the "Albums" tab.

40 all day long, shot at 45. I don't think this coin has been cleaned.

It sure does look better in the new image! Sticking with XF no problems.

Pretty nice! I'll guess 35 only because it looks gently warshed off "at some time in the past" as they say..

It refers to the position of the head. Note the top hair curl. It's under BE. On the centered bust it's under ER

Looks like a nice 45 to me. I think the best I will ever be able to afford would be a VF

    Obverse 50, reverse 40. Call it 45.

As others have said, very nice example.

The newer photo doesn't make it look as attractive to me. Funny how photos can do that. I'd go with XF40 now....though a 45 would not surprise me. Would be a happy buyer if this was a VF.

Might even qualify as an AU, depending on the grading service.
