Question on logging orders

Sent a single box with two separate subs in it. Both clearly marked on different sheets with different sub numbers. One got logged today around noon the other did not. Is that unusual for a box to be opened and only one of two orders get logged? The one logged was 2 day and the other not logged was 5 day.

That is completely normal and happens every time I send in multiple subs in one box. If nothing for a week, then yes you have an issue
