Welp, ginter is a little over a month away. 2015 was perhaps the worst ginter product since who knows when. Hopefully the 22 year olds responsible for that mess where shown the door. Early
reports are that hofers and retired players are back on the list. Yaz has appeared on the pre sell materials, sooooo, topps can't possibly screw that up right......right....Bueler....

I'm Franking up this year, hopeful for a wooden mini and more, but I doubt I'll rip anything.

Frank was only available in the form of buy backs and Nationals promos last year, but they've completely dried up.

It doesn't seem like there are lot of baseball veteran autos, but I'd love to get a Hank Aaron.

Yes, I will have cards to trade. I just don't know how much I am doing this year. I certainly know what to do with any high end Frank Thomas.

I would of loved to see more of the higher end Yankees throughout the set, but they seem to save those only for the rip cards. Disappointing.

Few things I've heard from surfing around... the A&G back minis appear to be more short printed than odds indicate. They are falling along same odds as black bordered.

Also, there is a super short print mini that is only 1:92 cases!!!

The product is pretty good this year. They went back to 2 rip cards per case which helps. There are a lot of young player autographs in the baseball set and the non-sports set has a lot to
be desired. Still a fun rip and the HOF'ers and retired players are back, even though topps kept out some big ones.

Sounds like another bleak year. 1:92 cases? That's horrible; better chance of a shark attack in Kansas. I'm so tired of buying cases, pulling 1 or 2 subpar "rare" cards and then acting like I'm so happy with 3 sets of base, and fifteen partial subsets that will never be finished. I'm so disgruntled. I think I'll pull all my HOFer's and burn the other 500,000 commons, subset, inserts, and sh*t.

Well, I bought into the Frank Thomas spot on a total of 72 boxes of A&G; through all boxes, the best Thomas cards I received were a base mini and black border mini. It was a bust, but for $40 total, it was worth the chance. I did get something like 40 base cards and 12 Numbers Games out of it too.

Privately I've picked up a NNO, Brooklyn Back, and Framed Cloth. A buddy of mine got a plate but will sell it to me if I'm able to get the wooden mini and start the rainbow. I haven't seen any glossies or metals. This is just screaming of over production I fear.

Sad to see this thread die so quickly!

Things are stagnant on the Frank Thomas front; I don't know if that means no one is ripping or if no one is listing cards, but I can't find any of the big boys.

Missing metal /3, wooden 1/1, glossy 1/1, glossy mini 1/1, and all four plates, though I know where a plate is and can obtain it if I can find any of the other big guns.

I have everything through the silk, but nothing more rare.
