        <description><![CDATA[<p>I don't know if Low Ball GSA is actually a collected item, but I'm kind of hoping so since I am selling it. I sold my GSA's recently and when going through them found an ungraded one that appeared to me to be very low grade. It is an 1899-O Softpack that graded AG-3, Low POP for all 1899's (regardless of mint) and may well be low or tied for low for all GSA's (very hard to determine). It is a fresh NGC grading and can be seen here...</p>
