Is this a VAM-116 or a sub variety of it? MAybe VAM116A

The reverse does has some die scratches

Have you eliminated the possibility of VAM 141A? The die scratches on your reverse match those on my 141A.

Should be 141A, considering the remark about the reverse die scratches. Does the reverse show a faint die gouge coming off of the tip of the eagle's left(viewing right) wing, above the F in OF?

I do see the tripled star to the right and the doubled liberty, but slightly confused as to why it has such similarities
to VAM-116?

It has die scratches on the reverse

The dramatically tripled 2nd right star (star 12) is a key marker of 117/141, 141A. I'll ask again: is there a faint die gouge from the tip of the left wing, above F in OF ? If no, then VAM 141. If yes, then VAM 141A.

No, there is not die gouge , so I will assume its VAM141.
