Too critical? Back when I was in the oil service company business, the critical comments of my customers is what gave me the guidance to improve my services and I was competing against the likes of Schlumberger. Of course, PCGS is the Schlumberger of this industry so there's some logic there. Schlumberger often told its clients to take a hike.
