    It is Mint State, but I'd only give it an MS-63. The marks on the cheek look to be pretty deep.

    Looks fresh with clean fields ... I would WAG in the 63 to 64 range ... pictures are a little too small to get a good feel

    MS63 anyway, and 50-50 shot at 64.
    When in doubt, don't.

    I'd say remove it from the flip and reshoot the pix. It looks 63, I agree. But better images would help.

    If you free it carefully you might be able to reuse the flip. image
