    Does TG pick the designs? If so, I fear for our coinage.

    Yes, the Secretary of the Treasury is the one who gives the final choice for our coins. I still think LP-12 was the best design for the Lincoln cents. But no, lets choose bland.

    Since the Arkansas quarter is supposed to roll out April 20th, I suspect that the designs are already picked, and this is just the publicity dog and pony show.
