Dick Osburn's web site (www.dickosburn.com, click on "books") says he has four new books for sale. His prices are negotiable if you ask.

Amazon has a new copy at $74.99 and AbesBooks has a new 1st edition for $150. Great book.

was there a second edition? I think all of the ones extant are first editions. Nonetheless, the Amazon price is a good one.
