Not necessarily, I did not say all of them graded.
Some have made their way into genuine holders

I think the HairyHeads are AT. But I know PCGS has been putting scads of AT coins in holders lately, so I won't be surprised if one or both grade.
edit: it's possible the 1962 25c could be called ED or even Thick Toning, although I haven't seen that one used in a while.

Damn... I better hold off sending in any for awhile.
I could see 1, maybe 2, being borderline for them grading right now, but as many as they did???
I think Stef got "THE BIG ONE"™ (and not in the best of ways
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
I would say just ignore the one dissenting opinion, but it's hard to ignore after spending that much money on their opinion and having them basically snub you.
I still say that's a beautiful selection of coins.

Yep, same here.
I would have said the 1st Kennedy would grade every day all day.

Goldbully go????
You were robbed Stef.......
BTW, use my 1961 image and show PCGS they graded an extremely similar coin!!
These coins could be clones, if not brothers. Plus, my coin has a big nasty spot on the reverse.

Something like this.....has anyone ever had the chance to sit down with someone at PCGS to discuss WHY on something like this?
I know they likely wouldn't want to admit an error, on either the 1st coin NOT getting slabbed, or the 2nd one slabbing, but still....?
Would it require someone with a personal connection? A high volume/influential customer? in order to sit down with Don or David and question this?
Would be interesting to know if it passed the graders and the finalizer nuked it or if the graders nuked it all the way through....

that sucks...
When you pay good money, to the world's leading grading company of US coins, you want the grading of these coins to be done properly the FIRST TIME!!
if you're going to bodybag most every toned coin, then you better bodybag most of the brilliant white coins too, because they also have been tampered with (dipped).

We should demand consistency.
This is totally inexcusable, especially when one day THREE graders see it one way, then the next day, THREE graders see it in a complete opposite manner....and it's almost exactly the same coin!!

I mean no harm or doubts placed on anyone, but both are so close is toning
I am confused.
Maybe someone can help me understand

Has PCGS got any submitting customers left who own toned coins.
They are bagging envelope and album toned coins left and right, that they were holdering as recently as 18 months ago. What really sucks is you now have to dip a lot of NT coins to get them graded until PCGS stop being so stupidly cautious about toned coins. But they will still holder circulated type coins and early gold that has been scrubbed to death.
<< <i>This is idiotic. The only coin that is QT is the 63 Frankie.

Now I think I will save my $200+ and give it some more thought.
Sorry Steph. You got seriously robbed by pcgs this time. I hope someone there reads this thread and
asks themselves the same questions asked here.
There is no consistancy there any more at all.
Click on this link to see my ebay listings.
perhaps Goldbully should send in his coin and ask for it to be placed in a Genuien holder??
It was just not your day for a submission Stef

Seems like a lot of people are saying this lately.
I would like to remind everyone that Steph did not visit a Casino nor did she purchase a lottery ticket.
She paid for a 'professional' grading opinion of her coins from the world's largest and most respected company.
To even think 'it was not your day' defintely sends the wrong message about one's company. I would not be very happy if it was my company.

I'm not sure what you mean by that, can you explain?
