HRH has a bit of a history wherein he just chooses to ignore negative things.
It goes way back. In the early 80's I bought a MS65 Saint from David Halls Numismatic Investment Group in one of those sealed blue flips like the one referenced earlier in this thread. Those flips were heat sealed, the seal having the name "David Hall" embossed on it. Well, when the coin arrived at my house, I noticed the heavy gold, in transit, had pushed open the heat seal.
So I send it back to DH's NIG and ask if they will kindly re-seal my coin. (They made a two way market in these if sealed.) A week later i get the coin returned to me, still unsealed. No note. No explanation. Just my coin.
Also, at one time HRH was recommending his clients buy World Coins from his Dealer/friend Sue McCarty. I bought some gold Netherlands coins.
Years later McCarty was out of business. I sent one of her coins to NGC...it came back counterfeit! I wrote HRH asking if he knew his HIGHLY recommended dealer/friend was selling fake gold?
No reply, no explanation.
More recently, I sent a 52-S Frankie in a PCGS MS65FBL holder to HRH for a Presidential Review. You can read the whole long sordid story in this thread. if you care too.
Bottom line is HRH ignored the problem of a FBL designated coin that had NO bell lines. No reply. No explanation.

Founders/owners could mean a couple of things, that you had to be an owner to be on that list, maybe he didn't invest any capital. Having financed dozens of startups in the past there were founders who were instrumental but not shareholders. Usually they played a key role in management such as production manager, sales manager, etc.

And as for your Uncle Albanese - I'll take Hall on my team any day over Uncle John .
And you really should state that D.Hall eventually bought back your 20$ gold even with it's unsealed holder..............
