I wouldn't have thought these would be worth faking. Remember that coin production back then was a lot more variable than today; unless coins were struck by the exact same dies, you'd expect to see minor variations.
This one on CoinArchives is similar, but not quite the same; this one is dated, and listed in the Krause catalogue as KM# 12.3; yours is undated, and listed as KM# 13. The ruler named and portrayed on the coin is Henri de la Tour, who ruled that territory from 1591 to 1623.
