Frosted Ruth?

Top right corner? Only reason I ask is this seems like it's overgraded. The l/r centering is horrendous. The corners, edges, and surface all look nice, though.

Seller is top notch from my experience with him.

I wouldn't hesitate a bit to bid if I wanted the card.

It does look a bit OC but many possible 8 OCs or 9 OCs are graded that way when asked for no qualifiers.
  • Ya it is not that OC I have also seen several 8's and 9's with centering as bad or worse than that

    I think it's fine.
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

This is not a knock against the seller...but does anyone else think that Ruth looks trimmed? Those borders look awfully narrow, even for a 33 Goudey.
