FIRST STRIKE definitions from Bullion and Coin dealers selling PCGS FIRST STRIKE coins

Not just collectors are confused. Found definitions all over the web that are contrary to what is now known about the term as it is being used by PCGS, NGC and ANACS. Many of these are bullion brokers and coin dealers that are selling PCGS FIRST STRKE, NGC FIRST STRIKES, and ANACS FIRST STRIKE. Perhaps they are the ones committing the fraud since they are defining FIRST STRIKE differently than the grading companies.

How special can a FIRST STRIKE coin be if the TPG requires a sealed mailing container with the dated receipt in order to mark it FIRST STRIKE?

If there is nothing about the coins feature set that sets it apart, it's mearly a scam. Might as well call it a January Strike versus a FIRST STRIKE!
