All three examples have the superior mirror depth for which the Birthmark Die is known, but show dramatically different degrees of contrast based on the device frost. I'd imagine that it wasn't very many coins after that last one before the obverse fell in to the technically brilliant category.

I would imagine that die pair had the shortest run of the entire Kennedy series.
