  Yes. Got to www.ngccoin.com/dealers and enter your information (I think you need to call them to get a password).

  You need to be a paying member. ANA members can't track their submissions. Been there, done that!

  You can't look up the cert numbers (dealers only) until AFTER they had posted as finished.

  It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!
