  I guess the question is, are these coins "unauthorized replicas" as the specific language in Ebay Policies states? The seller plainly identifies the coins as replicas in numerous places in his description. It bothers me not a bit that pepple still think they're genuine - perhaps if they'd passed English in school they'd have a clearer picture of the reality.
  
  Greasy, yes. Undoubtedly. But illegal? I don't know. Are advertised replicas of US coins illegal? If so, theyre "unauthorized replicas." If not, fair game.

  he does list these as reproductions. if someone buys them thinking they are the real deal, they shouldnt be collecting anyway IMHO
  
  the ones that scratch my azz are gallery mint coins that have been alterd to remove the "copy" stamp and then hyped as real.
