I am new to your forum so bare with me.
I am kind of a Specialist for mainly, vintage (1977-84) Star Wars wax packs, cards & wrappers from around the globe, presently, with items from around 25+ different countries/territories/etc.
Recently I have come across 30+ packs of extremely rare Sealed Packs of 1977 Argentina Star Wars. These are not an easy item for me to look up on the PSA site to check the POP of the packs,, though I think I stumbled onto it once & there were only around 4 packs ever graded so far,, most likely by Paul Holstein.
I tried to contact PSA to get some info & guidance on getting my packs graded, but they only wanted to send me to a place where I had to attempt to request some info. However,,, they require you to tag sources, of which there are none of. And because of that,,, I'm not able to get any info from anyone at PSA. There are very few dealers/traders/collectors that are even aware of these variations, which I will now show.
The following pics are of 6 different Variations of the backs of the packs that I am presently aware of ( I presently own 4 of those 6 variations). There are also, 2 different Paper Variations,,, the non-stamped or stickered, bare back pack, used a whiter paper, with much brighter printing. I am told these were the 1st Variation Packs that were offered for sale. the 2nd variation packs were a bit less brilliant, and were also stamped or stickered on the back side. The "Muestra Gratis" (Free Sample) packs were handed out to movie goers in 1977 for free,,, and are extremely rare!
Stani Packs as they are often referred to, often placed their stickers on the back (oval ones are less common), along with price tags & various other stamps/stickers depending on what some of the larger vendors requested.
Even 1977 US Series 1 "FUN" Packs have many different versions listed to help categorize them into different groups,, which also helps there values.
I am just wondering if these variations can be added,,, of they they'll all just get lumped into 1 generic category? Let e know if there is something I can do to help get this done/changed,, or if it's even possible. I know it's not some "Important" sports card, but hopefully,,,,

Welcome to the boards!
Good luck on trying to get these things done. PSA is very hard to deal with in these matters, although it can be done.
I used to work with a great person named Cosetta Robbins, who was very helpful. Another was Gayle Keane.
Nor sure on the spelling of their names.
You’ve made a good case… hopefully someone is listening… non-sport variations can be a bit trying… especially for the verification.
Good luck!!!
And enjoy your collection regardless.
Live long, and prosper.
I agree...awesome first post
Send all this info to the person who publishes the Argentina Star Wars Argentina book so they can officially document & verify the packs.

Unfortunately PSA could care less about us collectors these days. Everyone is a number to them now and unless you're one of the big fish, you're probably going to get nowhere with them.
