1921 Morgan double strike

1 in 1921 looks like a 3 underneath but probably is a 1. Maybe a 2 and 9 over struck as well. P, B and R are clear double strikes at top and others are faint. Comments? Is this rare and possibly valuable?

    That coin is NOT "double struck". I think you're asking about a "doubled die". Those are very different things. I don't see either one, however. if you dip the coin, I think all of the optical illusions will disappear.
