Is there gradeflation in cards like coins

I have a Jordan rookie graded 7.5. It was probably graded 25 years ago. Is it worth regrading? Suggestions on where to sell?
Thx

Graded by Beckett? PSA didn’t have the .5 scale 25 years ago. And actually, Beckett didn’t start until around 1999.

Show a pic, but chances are if it’s older, your best bet is a reholder. Grading standards were a bit looser early on.

I’d want a closer look, and the bottom corners aren’t visible in the pic, but it looks pretty solid to me. I might try cross to PSA with a minimum grade of 7. I’m not familiar enough with BGS to know if they have a reholder service with sub grades, but that would be an option too since BGS 7.5s and PSA 7’s are going for similar prices.

Leave it. Even without seeing the other corners.
