What non-sport/gaming cards would you collect?

If sports and gaming (Pokeman, YuGiOh!, etc.) cards disappeared tomorrow, which non-sports cards would you collect for fun and/or investment?

Star Wars?
1966 Batman?
Garbage Pail Kids?
Some of the Marvel sets?
Other random movie and tv show stuff (Aliens, Mork & Mindy, etc.)?
Something else?

Curious what others find interesting outside of sports stuff.

Grab an occasional card when I see them cheap.
Still looking to put away a #1 Curley and a #1 The Batman (looking for graded 7, 7.5 or 8)
Haven't found either one centered to my liking as yet...

I dabble. I've got a lot of Star Wars as I was pretty big into that for a while between sports card phases. I have also just picked up random sets or singles that caught my eye, mostly TV shows/movies (ET, Bond, Black Hole, Three's Company, Planet of the Apes, etc.), but also things like an astronomy tobacco set , early Bob Hope cards, Spanish galleons, pin-ups and whatever else needed to show I have a complete lack of focus.

But remember, a lot of the stuff I collect features Scantly Clad Buxom Babes.....Space Themes, Zombies, Monsters, ect!

I am slowly collecting the set(s) but prices have either risen or the few that have them for sale are asking a ton.
Also picking up some of them for my friends special need son that loves anything batman.

Nothing specific; I may send a few in eventually but the set is complete and well protected for now.

I mostly collect sports cards so whenever I line up a submission I tend to gravitate to sending the sports cards. Actually, the Bond card is at PSA right now as part of a Collector Club sub right now...

Baseball cards will always be big #1 with me, as far as cards are concerned, as i like coins as well on an equal or greater level.

However i've always liked non-sports cards as well, and i find those old vintage cards of almost anything to be quite cool. Especially the old tobacco cards from here, and some foreign lands.

None ever. I loved sports as a kid. Particularly football, basketball and baseball.

I like movies and fiction but collect nothing outside of sports. I do not get the appeal of Pokémon, but it is wildly popular, to each his own. I just know a large part of sports card value is based on a player’s performance and popularity. I do not know how many home runs Pikachu hit or how many touchdowns Chorizozard scored that gives them their value. I also do not get a lot of things about the hobby currently, so that is ok.

I do think the Star Wars cards and some of the older non sports are very cool. Just not not my thing and not for me.

The 73's, 75's and 79's are right on point!

The 77's (not in your pic) are outstanding as well. I'd say the 73's, 75's and 77's are my favorites.
