If ever the Peace dollar was brought back to life the following might make an apropos motto, considering the event of 40 years ago today.

I remember exactly where I was and who I was with when I heard this on the radio in my car. I was only a few miles away in the city and tried to drive over but all the streets were at a standstill. People everywhere were crying on the street.
Bad night.
Wow, 40 years. Doesn't seem like it.
I also recall the events and was a little further from the action than was JRocco. Folks were crying everywhere.
