1936 Buffalo 5 cent proof?

I bought these buffs.The 1936 looks like it might be an impaired proof. The coins are on their way to me.
What are the diags for a proof vs non-proof?
What do you all think?

I see nothing resembling a Proof in that group.

I'm no expert but I don't think any 1936 Proofs show any die clash. Look at EPU on your linked coin, there is a die clash mark through it.

The strike doesn't come close to what a proof would show. Compare with this one-
And, as Chris said-as a rule proofs will not show clash marks. I've never seen or heard of a clashed die on a Buff proof. But it rarely does happen- I have an image of a strongly clashed Lincoln cent that I will post here if I can find it.

Forget about the clashed die aspect, as on very rare occasions, some types of Proof coins are struck from clashed dies. Far more telling is that the rims, strike and surfaces don’t resemble what would/should be seen on a Proof.
