Auto’s of Cobb, Wagner, Young, Hornsby and Speaker - What woukd ylu do?

My Dad got these auto’s as a kid, held them for years and a few years ago cut the sig’s and made these pictures. They are great to display but have been thinking of removing the cut auto’s and send in for slabbing. Thinking this may preserve them as well as provide for better value one day.
Would you leave them as is or send it for slabs? Appreciate feedback.

The ones with the space cut into the mat look good. The ones with the autograph just stuck into the frame don't look good. I have no idea what they are worth but I would advise you to research values and go with whatever will bring the most money when sold.
I would slab the autos that are crooked, and leave the others alone.
