Not my deal but I'm VF 25 IMO.
Tough call. Agree the obverse is telling one story, and the reverse another. I'll settle in the middle with VF20, like many of my peers.
Wondering what is going on around the "U" in "United"? Certainly not enough to detail grade the coin, but could influence the net grading(?)
