    I haven't decided who I am submitting to but I will submit some for both personal use and resale

    @JimTyler have I misinterpreted this:

    "Submit the coins in the original unopened shipping box from the U.S. Mint with a postmark date prior to the specified PCGS cutoff date."

    I thought that this meant no later than 2.25.19? https://www.pcgs.com/firststrike

    I've always thought "First Strike" coins are better-struck because the dies aren't worn.

    Well, it seems that advantage does NOT apply to the 5oz Apollo 11 because the dies wear-out so quickly.

    "Die life... is short, averaging 1,500 strikes per obverse die and 750 per reverse, and each coin is struck three times."
