What if? 2500 eBay gift card no gold. What would you get?

If you had a $2,500 gift card for eBay, what would you buy? No gold, junk silver or bullion coins.

I recently started a 20th century type set and a half type set. I used my eBay bucks and scored 9 ms66-67 type coins and 4 nickel upgrades for my main Variety Dream set. All that registry movement was exhilarating!!!

It got me doing wishful thinking about what I might get if my ebucks had been $2500 and how I would use it.

Aside from a new tail light, thanks to my teen driver, I would splurge on the following Pcgs strait graded coins;
Draped bust half
Capped bust half
Capped 50 C half
Barber half
Seated arrows and rays half
Ms66 walking half
1990 S ddo Nickel
1971 no S Nickel

What would you blow $2,500 on using ebucks no gold coins or silver bullion or junk silver

I would buy gold. What's wrong with gold? It's the only thing I collect.

If no gold, a decent PCGS slabbed Liberty Seated Dollar (Type I) would be in there for me.

Also a better date PCGS slabbed Oregon Trail classic half (not a 1926-S). Maybe multiples thereof.

I would buy up to $100 worth of Tootsie Rolls with any small remainder.

In the hypothetical you can't chose the real thing - just the Alibaba imports that are resold as the real deal on eBay.

Buying candy from eBay sounds risky.

Comes from a reputable wholesaler around Belleville, IL.

They have a big local trade and I'm not sure why they do eBay at all..

It's not cheap either, but if I'm using a gift card or eBay Bucks or some eBay bonus, then I am less price picky.

Probably a nice 1877 Indian head cent. Or some other nice copper coin that caught my eye.
