  I had a guy buy a TPG certified coin from me on eBay. He filed a case to return the coin. He sent an empty envelope back to me at the UPS store. I filmed the UPS employees opening the empty envelope. EBay and Paypal did nothing. I had to contact NBC news and they forced them to return my money, but, eBay still didn't NARU them:

  Been very lucky with returns. Always a crap shoot with Ebay of course as you cannot choose your customers. Glad that you got things resolved.

  I pulled up my blocked bidder list. There are 47 ID's on it, and 26 of them are NARU'd.
