    As you know, I can't help you with what, exactly, that this is. It's silver and very pretty in-hand. It's a neat thing to have. It was in with a great deal of scrap silver, the latest being 1980.

    Probably of very recent vintage. It doesn't strike me as being anything special unless you are interested in that particular locale.
