chip out of a new 225th enhanced un coin is it considered a real error

Please look at this Clad quarter and tell me your thoughts. Since it came from the Mint, I say its a mint error but what exactly does that mean?

    It is a mint error called a "strike Thru."

    you should get it graded, most of these enhanced coins are perfect. I bet the pop would be under 5
