I believe PCGS has begun to respect CAC stickers, especially gold ones

    Of course not. How can they determine if it should go up if they don't know where it is starting from? They look at the labels and that is 100% verified.

    Near as I can tell it doesn't say on the site if the grader/s see the label or not. You don't NEED to see the insert on order to assess the coin. Maybe someone will confirm if the label is covered or not.

    I just did. 100% confirmed, I talked to the man himself! Why would they cover it on reconsideration? If you take just 2 seconds and think about it, they are looking at the current grade and seeing if it should go up.

    The stuff people argue about here is crazy sometimes.
