Can someone from PCGS help to find my lost/misplaced order/submission?

I can't seem to get any information on this lost or misplaced coin.

I sent an email to the PCGS Customer Service Dept in December, and another 2 in January and got no response.

I tried calling twice but was on hold for so long that I gave up ...

Yesterday PCGS actually deleted this submission from my list of orders in my account database, which seems strange to me ...

However I can still pull the submission up directly by ...

https://www.pcgs.com/Membership/order.html?OrderNo=20986800&Year=2015 ...

The DNC result came back in late November (I tried crossing to PCGS 2 grades lower with a min grade specified of MS60BN, but no luck) --

The order still says "In Process" and there is no shipping date ...

It just says "Date Shipped: N/A" ...

I am hoping that by posting this I can get some response by someone at PCGS ...

$3000 is a lot to just write off and forget about ... If it was $100, I would just write if off to human error and forget about it.

Recently I began to wonder if PCGS might have accidentally cracked it out of the NGC slab and now they are trying to get NGC to reslab it and then get CAC to resticker it ... but they are afraid to tell me that? Probably a long shot theory. But in an information vacuum I am only left to conjecture. I dont mind if they are just busy and they have a big 2 month backlog of stuff to ship, but if they could let me know, that would be great. However all my other 100+ submissions in 2015 have gotten shipped back within a day or getting results -- and this one has been delayed 2 months. Just seems very strange/odd.

Emails will only get you so far and can be seemingly delayed for long periods of time. Make the (another) call to Customer Service and ask for a supervisor to help remedy your concern.

If you tried calling them on January 2, and was on hold for so long that you gave up, it was probably because they were busy after returning from holidays and had allot of people to tend to. I called customer service this past Monday and got right through. I'd give them another call Monday. I bet you get right through to someone. Good luck.

I'd be happy to be able to log into COINFACTS. Paid the renewal , but am "SHUT OUT" of the "sign in" page due to "security" issues because Safari cannot make a connection to an unsecured server or some other glitch in the system.

I doubt the coin was lost or misplaced. And there is zero chance PCGS is having NGC reholder it to correct an accident.

I'd guess the holidays and FUN have slowed things down. Call again.

I can never make any sense of the OPs posts.

He posts, then 5 minutes later (after 2-3 replies) revises the posts completely. Now the first 2 replies make no sense.

For the record, the 1st version of this post was "ban worthy"...

    ...sigh...I give up.

    Paul,

January 2nd was a Saturday after New Years day. WHY would you hang on to talk to PCGS when you should know they were probably off for the weekend?

Anyone who has a $3k coin waiting should be talking with someone like the MANAGER of customer service when nothing happens after a week of emails.

You've been a super customer and you should expect super service from PCGS. Now go get it!

A fair number of years ago I had someone submit a coin for me. It SAT and SAT and SAT for months. Finally had someone check and it turns out it was set aside in the shipping department somewhere. Best to call and ask to speak to someone who can actually do something about your issue.

Years ago I called someone at a chemical supply house asking if a certain lot 2-chloro-3-methylchickenwire was available. His reply was that he had no way to know. I wanted to say to get off your arse, go to the warehouse and look.
