    I know a guy that lives in my town with a hump on his right upper back/neck area that literally looks like he's hiding a soccer ball in his collar. You just can't help but look at it in amazement.

    It's a novelty piece from the 1930's about the diameter of a dollar which uses the same exact die on both sides. Seems they all became pocket pieces as I've never seen one that was non problematic and hump rub free. The example here is about as close to unc as I've seen and since I had some ebucks to spend figured I could have some fun with this image
