  Those are PCS Stamps & Coins slabs. I cracked a bunch when I bought a load of them at face value. Poor guy I bought them from got ripped hard. In retrospect I got ripped too as cracking the slabs was a pain in the arse. The slabs actually decreased the value of the coins and I shouldn't have even paid face for them.
