Wow, I`ve seen alot here and learned a whole lot more here than I could anywhere else and it`s sad to see this kind of action between people who are smart and very good at the coin game. You guys don`t set a very good example for our young kids interested in the hobby. Part of the problem is your only half as smart as you think you are and there`s always gonna be a one upper, deeper pockets, nicer coins, that`s life, not just here. You take all the fun out of it, be happy! Anyway I do not like the blue coins, I call them AT all the way. My point is, my opinion is just that, mine and you don`t have to agree with me, but don`t cuss me because we don`t see eye to eye. Thank God for the first amendment!
"bringing nothing to the thread but attacking me" and you brought what exactly ? insults and provocation. then you wonder how you "end up" being a victim of your own doing. I for one don't believe you have any room to critique what others contribute to a thread. based on the FACT that you contribute as much uselessness as anyone
regardless of how many posts I have, I don't consider myself an "expert" at anything
the sad part is that the OP obviously feels he is "not allowed" to post what he believes the rest of us may find interesting, I am not a big picture poster so I don't keep up on who has the authority to limit postings by specific individuals. I would feel that anyone that felt like posting a picture of a coin they like, should be allowed to do so without being bullied by another forum member (or two) into limiting their postings, there are people on here that I do not like, mainly because they lack the intelligence to practice what they preach, being that those certain people will involve themselves in a post, contribute nothing, then accuse others of not having anything to contribute to a post, first off, id like to know what authority a fellow forum member has to question the contribution by a fellow member. perhaps this member is unaware that he doesn't have authority over fellow forum members. the OP should feel free to share a coin with the forum if he chooses, does anyone disagree with that ?

If the kool-aid is not drank people will bully here. I've seen it and been personally subjected to it. Poat what you want is what should be allowed unless crude or vulger in nature. IMHO though this thread as well as others seem to need to be toned down a bit I personally have no problems with any of the posters in this thread and like a lot of what they share here on CU. Personally I bounce around from here to other hobby threads and this place has more haters and banning then anywhere else.
Seattle Slammer you amaze me that you equate number of posts with some perceived status. Any dolt can run up their post count. Some of the biggest jerks on this board have high post counts. Quit sticking up for your boyfriend, or are you just running up your post count? Try being your own man and look at the content, instead of numbers. It may be hard but try son.

I like the color on the coin it is in a holder? Anyway it reminds me of those blue icicle X-mass lights which is my favorite color in the world. Realone please post more coins as I enjoy seeing them and that goes for everyone else.
<< <i>Wondering about the untoned areas above and below the reverse lettering. Is there any evidence of cleaning? >>
As Realone mentioned those areas are clearly toned. Open fields usually tone differently than the surrounding high points. Even the obv shows the same russet toning in the fields, just not as apparent as the reverse. It's when toning is very uniform from rim to rim that you should get even more concerned.
