Already Registered - Trying to input card into one of my sets

I am trying to enter a certificiation number and getting Already Registered. Usually when I have an issue it says that it is registered to another member. Any help would be appreciated.

    Try removing the cert # from your inventory and then adding it back again.

    Hiya Barry - did you check you current checklist to see if the card is there?

    I accidentally put the same card in twice today but didn't look - told me already registered - scrolled down and "there" it was! So then I added the scan.
