Cool Newp Morgan but need some help with the holder (NGC pre-graded for Teletrade flip)

Just got this from the bay for $53 shipped...Coin is weakly struck with few marks as described, and pretty solid for a 63...I’m more interested in the holder, which is fully intact with the seal still closed. Is there any collectability or slab-history significance with this thing??? It looks old, does anyone know what year these were issued??? Any info is much appreciated guys and Happy Friday Night ;)

    There could be some collector interest in the old Teletrade/NGC packaging...Try the BST.... Cheers, RickO
