    technically, yes, but if anyone bids $17 they will automatically be outbid, so their minimum bid is $76. its not like ebay where u cant see the proxy bids.

    dabeef, you are a moron....if the next highest bid is $30, then he will only have to pay $31 (if that meets the reserve) but there is no point because everyone knows his proxy bid, so why the hell would anyone bid $30.
