I just looked up a couple (possibly unreliable) references to the weight in past auctions of the silver medal. The weight was listed as being 36 grams and 30.0 grams respectively. I'd wait for an expert, however.
Since Aitken's design was struck at the U.S. Mint exhibit at the Pan-Pac Expo, and the medal is the same diameter as a silver dollar blank, I'll speculate that these are .900 fine and should be about the same weight as a standard U.S. silver dollar, or 26.73 grams. Aitken was also the designer of the 1915 Pan-Pac octagonal and round $50 gold slugs, and later the 1936 Cal-Pac Expo Commemorative half dollar.

If no one here knows I would get in touch with Jeff Shevlin.
