Interesting Books, Pt. V: 'G' through 'J'

I am in the process of indexing my collection of numismatic books related to U.S. numismatics and have noted what I have, written by authors whose last names begin with 'G' through 'J' below. There are many areas that I have no expertise in and would like to learn more about, especially post-1960 Mint issues, currency, and various types of exonumia. What can you add to this list? I will put up a 'K'-'M' list in a few days, followed at intervals by lists until 'Z' is reached. The 'D'-'E'-'F' list appeared on 3/4/2016.
