PCGS CoinFacts will be FREE starting in February 2016

Does anyone know if this means we will get a refund if we already paid for a year in advance?

I was just charged $149 for a year of CoinFacts starting in January 2016.

There had better be a refund for the unused months, or a lot of us will be very unhappy with PCGS.
